Hmm.. can't agree with that on the basis that the risks are present across the portfolio of assets. I think the 25c offer is low but could be considered using the risk assessment by Skip. These Australian companies are pretty rare and Genex has some fantastic long, long term projects so the risk of the Hydro not being completed would have to have been considered in their preliminary review.
Now they would have the full information, via DD, to assess the proposed 'fix'.
We have had no ann. stating the offer is rescinded, so perhaps you are right but if I was Skip I'd try to close the deal...
