The scheme of arrangement will likely be rejected.
if/when this occurs the shareprice can't fall far... maybe 26.5 cents because J-Power will move to phase 2 which is off-market takeover offer of 27 cents per share.
I expect phase 2 to reach minimum requirements of 50.1% thus GNX will end up being greater than 50% owned by J-Power.
This will result in higher demand for GNX shares as naturally theres less available for retail holders. Plus KPH will be online in the near future.
