For those who bought shares a few weeks ago at 2c, today's placement price of 0.8c plus 2 options for every 3 shares represents a placement at a 60 to 80% discount (depending on how you value the options) with the added dilution of your shareholding, and it is fair to say that these funds will be blown and all that will come of it will be some copy and paste reports. If there is no power, a marginally feasible/unfeasible resource and no management, nothing will ever come of this project, its just 40 year employment plan funded by shareholders (with lots of pretty pictures).

The trick of creating excitement through a trading halt has been used by the company before, to no avail.
