The best part was at the end when they put him on the spot asking him if the next placement will be at a higher price on the back of an increased share price and he squirmed as he knows its never going to happen!! There is no power in the area, the grades are so low and there is no management. He just needs money to fund his job, admin costs and to save face and he found some gullible people to give him a lifeline, but they will see through this and they will fall out. It has been the pattern for 30 years.
There is absolutely no succession plan, just one 75 year old and his wife. The most recent financial statements reveal very large loans that have been racked up over the years, but the company has no tangible assets to repay them.
