jibby is actually amazing on PCL and very knowledgeable and his back ground info is top notch. does alot of research and normally not fluff like the wind you hear on here. Sure if anyone he has done the proper research and communications.
saying that Only negative to Jibby, he is fairly new on ROG and has not seen all the delays for every single thing as of yet.
but again one of the best reads is Following Jibby. Just my opinion anyways.
