Just because they state it, doesn't mean they are.
And on the off chance it's true, then yes, this will bounce. But until then, we wait.
I'm not here because I believe in the company or board. In fact I think it's exactly as Doc says, a retirement place for accountants. String everyone along with words of acquisitions and mergers, and pretend they're trying to do something with Killa to keep people around whilst earning great salaries and bonuses.
I have funds deployed in other stocks I actually believe in, I'm just here for a gamble, which so far is not paying off - but that's the nature of gambling. On the off case I'm wrong about this company and they turn it around, I'm laughing. Buy until then, they haven't done anything to please shareholders, only themselves, and personally I'd love to see someone like Doc take action and do something about it.
