Correct me if im wrong, but don't we have a permit to go into production testing? If so, we could fire things up while waiting for the production licence to come through.
Something else for everyone to remember is that ROG can take a day to really get a move on after an announcement so it could build up to higher volumes late today or tomorrow. Regardless, we are off to a great start
