Agree, most likely a loan facility, I've posted in the past some scenarios on how that would work, basic stuff from my end.
most likely in a loan facility, there will be a clause that allows the lender to convert to script, so its a win win for the lender,
SP rockets, they convert, if it stays flat, they get thier loan paid from cash flow.
I'd be happy with what ever AK does,
