i think so and if not then pretty soon. i have read this and other articles, there's one around where Sonangol say that irrespective of super high POO, they'll still divest these blocks as they are non core, sonangol are going to pursue other energy sources as well and feel that the POO is temporary and will settle to pre war levels.
this imo bodes well for us, our competitors for example, one called Afentra is suspended since last year on the LSE, not a good look.Falcon Oil major holder is a Rusky bloke so they may get liquid papered out, who wants to haev a partner/owner of a block part owned by a rusky oligarch, creates problems.
