why was this not advertised earlier? they knew what was happening or had the finger on the pulse didnt they? If you knew you had these assets there waiting especially with all the delays you think all these things would of been in place no?
I am just being the devils advocate mate. sounds like another reason to delay things. Which I hope is not the case.
