I am being the devils advocate and asking why wait till now? But thank you for answering what you feel is the reason and yes it all makes sense what you said.
Positive is market is red today and this is holding up today. Who knows how long it will take to employ anyone or the right person a day? a week? a month? 6 months? does this mean nothing happens in that time? forward planning by these guys has not been their forte thats for sure
