Yeah you been here a lot longer than me and always good to have opposing views and be critical. Im of a different view and believe they are doing a great job and market conditions are hampering them - guess its healthy debate. Totally agree it may be hard to find someone as its one of the biggest challenges businesses facing atm ( i need 4 new employees and cant find one - last sales advert i put in not 1 application WTF and it pays over 6 figures!!) Hoping they have some contacts or the offer is just to good they get a quality employee who can help get this thing to full development quickly - but Im sure they have forward planned for all scenarios (as I do with my business).
