Thanks @brinvester, I noticed this too.
So I did some digging on this and this is held by PS Super Nominee Pty Ltd. This company was a major equity holder back in 2015...holding 6.02% of Southern Gold back then!! The company director is Paul Shadbolt, MD/owner of ITI Australia. I can't see much motive for price capping to be honest. He must have his own strategy in mind...good luck to him.
With his order removed...it would be an easy run up to 50c+ with a few willing buyers. However my thoughts are we will hit these levels after the next few announcements regardless.
