re: Ann: Kimberley Diamonds Defers Capital Ra... Yep. What an abortion. They should have apologised to shareholders. They say in the announcement that:

>>"The Board is conscious of unnecessarily diluting its loyal existing shareholder base, given the pricing levels currently available."

Well they not only showed the market they were happy to dilute shareholders - at a significant discount to the price it was happily trading at - and then failed to get the raising away (which is just incompetence). So that line from the press release is pure fluff and there's no sincerity in it.

As a holder (who sadly had just bought a few more shares prior to this debacle) I think this is a good business and I previously had some confidence in the leadership, but this is a major black mark on the management and Board's skills.

What a way to annoy the crap out of your investors.
