So, because I analyse how the deal doesn’t make sense (to me anyway) I’m a down ramper and have a negative perspective. Got it.
Now, how about you tell me why I’m wrong? Why should a prospective SH (which I am one of) have confidence this deal will play out as it’s been announced and why I should be confident it will actually even happen?
