If AB was such a compelling proposition then MCT would have been rushed off their feet with opportunistic JV offers or even a take over offer by now.

All they have had for years is the sound of crickets, and time wasting chinese MOU's, and pictures of long wall mining installations that can teleport themselves 1.3km underground, and have never been tried outside coal seams.

I am usually a fan of TSX listings but this proposed transaction looks like a poor value and speculative proposition and the TSX will treat it as such, in my opinion.
