MCT paid $7m for AB from the administrators of Kagara Zinc.

Picking up assets in administration is usually done at a cheaper rate than buying in normal circumstances.

As an example, take MLX. They picked up the Bluebird mine from the administrator of a subsidary of Reed Resources for $6m. Bluebird has a large plant and camp, along with 3.5m oz of gold.

MLX has since spun WGX out. WGX are currently producing from Bluebird. They certainly won't be selling it any time soon for the price they got it for.

Vanadium, nickel, manganese, lithium, cobalt, copper, gold, zinc etc have all increased in value over the last couple of years. Large deposits today are valued higher than a few years ago.

The value of AB is soon to be tested by the market. Only then will we know what it is currently worth. Whether you choose to take part is a decision only you can make.
