Well, you could well be right mate... and I’m sure you’ll pat yourself on the back if you are.
I’d cop almost a $300k loss and move on with my life and my other investments.... satisfied that I’d researched to the best of my abilities and happy with how I weighed up risk vs reward.
Though, if it goes the other way.... well.... i might just send you a nice bottle of wine and smile when I reflect back on some of your posts.
I’m well aware of the risks at this stage... still undervalued in my eyes, so presents a perfect opportunity to use the proceeds from other successful investments to accumulate.
