*shrugs* to be honest MCT wasn't going anywhere under current setup and would only be diluted to oblivion if they tried to progress in house... This is a very good move by management and SH should benefit from what has been a poor performing stock.
40% equity and cash injection is substantial for potential upside in TSX-V. If you look at peers on TSX they have many, many multiples of the IPO valuation so any upside to this is good for MCT SP. I don't care about the fact Napier range is bundled in. This can be run as a dual project and feed into AB.....
I'm buying more until I am tapped.
