Doesn't seem reasonable to estimate a valuation at $80m until some kind of meaningful field progress was made. You don't think someone would have purchased Admiral Bay and flipped it straight to the Canadian market years back if things were quite that simple?
I just can't get excited about pushing papers around on a desk.
