I Disagree, it is exactly the announcement i expected and exact announcement BOD forecast.
The fact is allot of people on here are hyping that they have cash to convert option actually always planned to sell in on the good announcement to finance the option conversion.
I am not saying that it is a bad thing as those people have a long term view. But kind of sucks when online they say that they will not sell but actually do.
Watch the SP post option consolidation, mid May, it will be a whole new beast with little down pressure.
