Quality stocks do not need promotion, the quality of the story comes to the fore and attracts new buyers organically. That said, the story is a sexy one, who doesn't like Diamonds?

- The ownership structure is the most glaring issue - both JV's appear to be structured to ensure Angolan interests are taken care of and despite the talk of Angola wanting to attract foreign capital - why would you structure the ownership structure be manafactured in a manner where the foreign investory is below the 50% threshold?

Answer - control - national control.

Agree but investing/gambling on the asx especially in the spec sector is all about risk v reward. If you risk more now, there may be a bigger reward. If you risk less and wait for all your confirmations, the reward is less. Simples
