    Yes thats correct.. or buy heads straight up.. its personal choice/strategy. But the initial outlay for b's is a lot less. If the sp shoots up your gettings a great deal on conversion. But flip side if it runs lower you will be paying more than market price when you convert. If its a LT stock for you the latter scenario is mitigated somewhat. Dyor
