Have you considered JD that LOMOB holders may/will exercise them even if the SP is close to strike price ? I know I will because, Lucapa will receive the funds, I am not worried/concerned about a profit/loss in the short to medium term. AND Lucapa shares may NEVER be ~30c per share again............
