    People keep posting about the ".16" offer, but there never was a cash offer ... it was a conditional offer for SBM shares (so need to consider what happened subsequently to SBM share price) and conditional on 75%. Delphi had more than 25% and said no ... in other words that offer was conditional and the conditions were never met.
