I don't interpret a couple of million shares being dumped as a market signal ... that could just be one person ..

Couple of points about Delphi and the rest of us. My understanding is Delphi can't push this through ... it will be up to the other shareholders.

PNX meeting, I think, will require majority of shares in favour, and majority of shareholders. There will have to be a good case made or it won't meet the 2nd conditiona and PNX can pay back the 1.5 million ...

KIN meeting ... I doubt Delphi will be allowed to vote in a related party motion in which they are the related party. So again, there will have to be a case made that a majority of non-Delphi held shares held accept.

I am glad it is not a cash deal ...not crazy about Uranium but given KINs ore at Leonora is almost certain eventually to go to one of the surrounding mills, if there is reasonable pathway to gold production at Pine Ck I would be happy ... for KIN to get a good deal on Leonora assets it has to be in a position to be patient ... becoming a developer would do that.

So wait and see is my sentiment.
