Yes KIN has $ and no development project, now a mill at Cardinia is off the table, and PNX has Fountain Head past PFS stage in need of funding. If it is a good project them KIN/PNX together move to production which neither could do on their own. I don't buy that Delphi is engaged in some kind of good money after bad scheme just to kick PNX further down the road. Delphi want KIN to make money as much as I do, is my thought. But Delphi get underestimated all the time .. not sure why.
