Beside the mill there are what looks like two completed tanks and 4 bases, one of which has not been placed on the concrete. Above these you will several blobs which are probably the rest of the tank steel waiting to be installed.

The two built tanks would be a huge cost to cut, transport and re weld. The bases are made out of laminated layers of steel all welded as they are laid down. I don't know whether they could be cut and re welded and then pass an engineering certification.
The rest will be in cradles waiting to be picked up and trucked away.

Sometimes re using existing equipment to keep costs down actually costs more when all the transport and certification costs are added up. The main advantage is there is no lead in time.

Personally I think it is only worth scrap value and should be flicked, like my shares are about to be.
