I was called away whilst pecking the keyboard in the post above, so I didn't see your response to yourself.

As to why DCN can go to 100% right away? They are assuming that their planning and processes will mean any teething problems will be very minor and are taking a risk. They will probably get away with it but being conservative by nature ( and having many chunks taken out of my ample A** in the past) I am much happier with Kin's softly softly approach. It may turnout that everything works as planned and we can go to 100% after day two/three/four.If so we are further ahead than planned and closer to positive cashflow.
