(Now I know that 'the most undervalued etc....' is a fairly common thread starter here on HC, but I will always be indebted to moesoeloe for pointing me in the KIN direction).

Anyway, in the post he detailed as follows -

Current JORC 2012 resource of 722,300 OZ of GOLD

Plus 282,000oz of Resource contained outside existing pit shell designs

I make that over 1 million oz's, if correct.

And then you factor in all of the drilling done since April 2016.....
