    If SBM is really keen, you'd think it would make an off-mkt bid, or even an on-mkt bid, at 16c. Even so, the board should have allowed all shareholders to decide on the merits of the scheme of arrangement, not just a selected few major holders. I wonder if any of those major shareholders topped up?
