The board have rejected the offer and have broken the confidentiality clause in an attempt to pump the share price. This tactic nearly always backfires. SBM have withdrawn their offer and I doubt any further offer will be forthcoming. KIN can now go ahead and raise the $13mil and dilute the sp.
