facilitate Genesis operations
Presumably this means the proposed access road from the Leo-Laverton road as well as the other one to Mertondale. GMD would then have a permitted trucking route in place to develop the Hub and Nambi projects.
A smart deal for GMD but KIN has sold the crown jewels and now has to prove they are on to something at Cardinia East.
