LIM Advisors have been actively selling off their ~12+ million share position (see all recent sig shareholder change notices) keeping the SP depressed, despite the positive company developments and upcoming drilling catalysts. KCC now trying to help them exit their remaining position by lining up willing investors off market (prob for $0.03-$0.035/share). Whenever the overhang gets lifted, I suspect all material sell pressure will dry up and KCC will actively begin releasing news.
