Clearly the big boys in play on Red5 today suppressing the share price.
If a new player is going to be putting in a counter offer to SLR offer it is mostly happen in the later part of May.
Could be why the big boys are at play is one explanation.
On the other hand you would think SLR would be wanting to drive Red5 share price much higher so this doesn't happen before the merge with Red5 and will have much happier shares holders before the vote.
