Don’t know about the “bad memory” MIStragic, l think I’ll look back at the end of the year and reflect on what a great manoeuvre it was. While the SP looks sad, if you gross it up by the dilution factor, it becomes 34.5 cents pre CR.
So we have a SP of, as l write, 22 cents with A$125 mil of ‘free money’ on our balance sheet. Plus the A$14 mil cash at the end of last Q. And with the current PoG I estimate that we should bag around A$10 mil of free cash flow each Q.
There’s plenty of breathing space here while the the financial mayhem plays out. In a credit crazy world cash will be king.
