On a positive note though, I notice the Canadian owned broker dropped their Target Price for RED in late January - hardly the type of thing they'd do if they were intending to subsequently pitch for an underwriting gig on a new capital raising.

Then again, wishing to bring a bit of balance to the debate, I notice Ords put out a pretty positive note, and Target Price, about the same time.

Still, RED's January gold production, affected by a bit of a shutdown, nonetheless represented 20% of its entire gold production for the year ended June '22. As many posters have already noted, the cost of production and the cashflow arising from this outcome will be the critical factor affecting the shareprice going forward.

We should get a bit of detail on these issues before much longer and be in a better position to know whether we'll sleep better at night or have a few nightmares about the KOTH operations for a bit longer.
