I believe the sample testing is done independently (not by anyone associated with HWK) to preserve the integrity of the results and prevent the company from outright lying. A delay in these results shouldn’t be seen as anything more than what it is - a delay that HWK has no control over.

The fact that the SP increased to 2.4c in anticipation of these results is promising, so selling at the current price doesn’t make much sense to me. The SP has simply fallen to the levels it’s been sitting at for the last few months, and will pick up again in the coming weeks as the deadline for the results draws closer - just like last time. On the worst day in the ASX in 3 months I’d say the SP of HWK did rather well compared to most other listed companies.
