I don't know of any dry land conventional reserves - let alone transactions involving.
As for MEL's 2p reserves being worth $2-3 given the 1p reserves are only 2.7PJ I doubt the 2p's would fetch that high - that is when the mean average will help
Also, those transactions were pre-GFC - I wouldn't increase from them - I would discount them.
Lastly, Its not dry land but NXS is selling their longtom gas to Santos for $2.80 per Gj. But given that its a downstream contract - it still applies. (I think Santos is getting a good contract there)
