Those buying shares from 15/3 to 24/3 at above $1.50 will be unhappy. The record date of 24/3 means those selling on that day are not entitled to take part in the SPP in respect of those shares. They will, however, be thankful they have current opportunity to fill their boots at the same price. I repeat, unless the SP tanks, applicants under the SPP will only get a fraction of what they want.
