Capping price at a certain level cost money to the initiator. Someone wiser told me people will attempt to cap price for two good reasons 1. they like the share and want a lot more at the low price or 2.they got plenty and want to get rid of them at a high price. I am feeling good about this ..see y'all on the other side of $2.00
