It hasn't soared. It hasn't even got back to a quarter of what it once was. It has been effectively capped for a long time. As Fitzroy says, the share price is an illusion.

Kingsgate illegal manipulation going back to 2014 to the present is the subject of special mention in two detailed submissions I am aware that have been made to the Parliamentary Inquiry into ASIC. Other manipulated companies are also being referenced in those submissions, and I am aware of a potential class action that is being considered against the companies behind the manipulation of one of those companies (unfortunately not KCN). I think what will come out of that Parliamentary Inquiry in respect of manipulation on the ASX and the regulators failure to do anything about it will be far bigger than what came out of the Banking Royal Commission. The ramifications will be enormous. It will just take one successful class action to pave the way to others, hopefully Kingsgate will be one of them.
