I think you both right. Zlotini is right about lowest level but Wary1 is saying pre news.
Mine re-opening was the key to a milestone or a journey to new era of kcn where we have 15years worth of mining (based on existing reserves) +another 30-40 years (new SPLs+underground mining facilities) but share price didn’t moved at all because of last minute manipulation where the sold to each other to control daily gains. Even in our best day those F..kers dumped 662k shares to reduce the gains from 31c to 19c.
Pre CR sp price should have been 2.30 to 2.50 and we didn’t had to discount to $1.50 if the manipulator let it go to kcn’s normal course.
