Yes Looks as if the Shorting took place on the day the trading halt was announced, Monday 27 March. Certainly looks like insider trading to me. Don't the insider trading provisions apply to shorts as well as direct trades? Looks as if someone(s) approached to take up a placement by Barrenjoey jumped into the shorts. If it is legal, it should not be. Should ASIC be approached?
