Naturally $1.50 makes sense.
If price is $1.40 people are going to go on a buying frenzy.
If price is $1.60 any existing long term holder will sell thousands of shares knowing they might be able to buy up to 30,000 back for $1.50 (arbitrage)
So it seems share price might be depressed until after SPP closes or unless an institutional investor or two comes in and gobbles $5m+ in shares.
