After reading the announcements I can see the need to issue a placement. We were expecting plant one to start refurbishment towards the end of the year. With the new funds we will most likely see full production by then. Im not a fan of Taurus but I believe they will pay them off AFTER the refurbishment is complete and Akara are in full production.
