I also added to my holdings today at $1.50. I figure the brokerage was a small price to pay to get the numbers I wanted as you can be sure that current SH will only be allocated a small fraction of the number they want under the SPP.
Fortunately I missed out buying the same number at my bid price of $1.69 last week. Those who bought recently up to $2.04 will be unhappy!
