Some more things to think about:
- KCN Market Cap Friday at $2.01 was $444,000,000
- KCN Market Cap today assuming full take up of SPP (maximum dilution) is 258 million shares at $1.50 = $387,000,000
$1.72 is the price to get us back equal to friday's market cap of $444 million....
Are we a lot stronger/better company today than we were friday ?
All the sheep have stampeded, it just takes a few days to wash through the sheep & $1.72 get's us back to Friday...
PS..... Retail holders with +200,000 shares are going to need a lot more shares than their $30,000 SPP limit to keep themselves from being diluted, where will they get them from ? total placement is 16% dilution.... if you had 200,000 shares you need to buy 32,000 shares and your SPP limit is 20,000 shares (@ $1.50 or $30,000 worth) ..... better hurry Doncamillo!
All the overseas holders weren't allowed to participate in the placement, so they are all going to have to buy in the market to stop themselves being diluted..
They are asleep know.....
They will figure this out tomorrow....
