Not sure about a legal opinion but i remember don and onearmman posting something reported in the media from cabinet about BOI being granted to Chatree and another mine along with 8 years tax concessions, but i don't think it has been mentioned by the company of the ministers publicly. If the matter has been mentioned in cabinet, the company has only said it is "eligible". I suspect this is still because some of the matters are contentious (perhaps the leases), given the recent criticisms of the government in the media.
