They're being a bit ambiguous again. In one place they say potentially. In another they are basically saying granted. The same happened with the sale process for NE. One line hidden in the quarterly (which I highlighted to everyone). I would say we will get the tax concession, we will sell NE, and we will get a loan from a government backed Thai bank (this will pay down the bridging loan). All imo only.
